STORE POLICY NOTICE

DAY OF SERVICES

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure your full beauty services. If you are running late, 15 minutes or more, please notify us. We may have to reschedule you; this is a courtesy to other Guests.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Hair or Spa service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. We are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon within 1 day (24 Hours) after your original Hair or Spa service, for us to tweak & adjust the service.

Redo Makeup services will be attended to ONE HOUR after the time of the original service.

If you are using Accutane, Retin-A, Differin, or Renova, please consult with Villa’s Skincare Repair Specialist prior to your appointment.

Prices vary depending on length & thickness of hair, type of service, additional chemical products, treatment time, & service provider’s level.

 

CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS (NO-SHOW)

As a courtesy to our Guests, our salon will call & confirm all appointments a day before all beauty services. If we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates & times to avoid late arrivals, same day cancellations, missed appointments (no-shows) and the cancellation fee.

We understand that life has its sudden changes; therefore, should an appointment cancellation or date change be necessary, our salon would appreciate 24 hours notice.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without 24 hour notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other Guests miss the opportunity to receive services.

All services are reserved for you personally; therefore, should any service be Cancelled after the 24 hour policy, a Same Day Cancellation FEE of 100% of your reserved service will be charged to your credit card.

After 2 confirmed and missed (no-show) appointments, Villa will only reserve an upcoming service appointment with a credit card on file. 100% of your reserved service amount will be charged to your credit card upon your 3rd missed appointment.

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at time of service. Prices may vary depending on length of hair, service, treatment time, and service provider’s level. All prices are subject to change with or without notice.

We are happy to accept cash or credit cards with a minimum charge of $10.

Checks are accepted with a valid driver’s license. Any returned check will result in a $25 service charge.

 

PRODUCT RETURN

We are happy to return or exchange hair and makeup products, within 10 days of purchase WITH RECEIPT, except for Skin Care Products, Nail Polish, Hair-Brushes, Hair Accessories, Apparel & Jewelry. A refund check will be mailed within 2 weeks of an items return.

All Apparel, Jewelry, and Accessory purchases are final sale; No returns, exchanges, or repairs. All Promotional Skin Care Products, Nail Polish, Hair-brushes, Hair Accessories, Apparel & Jewelry are FINAL SALE.

Villa is a small boutique; therefore, all Item Hold Requests are subject to Villa’s discretion & approved items will only be held for 24 hours. We’ll do our best to provide notification of the expiring time; however, notifications are not guaranteed.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Will only honor full price services & limited in-store promotions on or before the expiration date. No cash value or refunds. Will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired. Gratuities are not included. Other restrictions may apply.

 

CHILDREN

Children/Infants, when not receiving beauty services, are welcome to visit, and for their safety, must be supervised by accompanying an adult. Please be attentive to their safety as well as their impact on the comfort and relaxation of others.

 

CELL PHONES

Villa Salon & Spa is a cell free zone. Please speak in a hushed tone to respect Guests who are receiving full beauty services. We ask that you please turn your cell phone to its silent mode.

 

OTHER

In accordance with the Texas Cosmetology Commission regulations, please NO PETS are allowed in the salon at any time. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss of any personal articles. Therefore, please keep all personal valuables with you at all times.

Villa also occupies Booth Renters who solely operate their business separate from Villa Salon & Spa, LLC.

Employed Cosmetologists base your color formula and any other spa service formulas from your current hair condition, your desired goal, and our professional expertise. As such, color formulas are considered intellectual property of Villa Salon & Spa, LLC., and can be made available to you for $195 according to Store Policy.
